Week-3 Emotional Well Being

Week-2   Food and Nutrition .
It consisted of interesting activities like Mom’s Potluck, Presentation by the Culinary Academy, Hand washing  program  by SHARP NGO.
I hope the message of inculcating healthy habits in maintaining good health while enjoying food has been driven home.
Week-3  Emotional Well Being  commences from 22 Nov.
Healthy mind leads to healthy body.This week aims at preparing students to handle the stress and deal with growth and changes in an appropriate way.
We have organised the following - :
  1. The Art of Living.
  2. Adolescence – Deal it the right way.
  3. Eating  disorders
  4. Self Protection
  5. Handling Peer Pressure etc
Looking  forward to a good participation and implementation week.
