Workshop on - ‘The Exhibition’

‘If you were graduated yesterday, and have learned nothing today, you will be uneducated tomorrow’.

 Lifelong learners as the Oakridgers are, I was a part of IBAP workshop for PYP  IB teachers. The workshop on ‘The Exhibition’, the culmination of PYP students, was an enlightening one. The workshop leaders and the participants came together with the passion for learning and sharing the best practices with each other. We had interesting sessions, where we, like students took part in various learning engagements and read articles, watched videos, worked in group with collaboration and also got an opportunity to interact with some students of Indus School, Bangalore.

I was touched by the sincere action taken by some of the students after their findings on the burning issues they had chosen for the exhibition. PYP is all about students taking meaningful action after learning. The PYP exhibition celebrates the action taken by students.

The three day workshop has enhanced my knowledge of the PYP Exhibition.
