GRADE 3 OPEN HOUSE

Open House is an opportunity for the parents to take part in a classroom activity and witness a class conduct.

This year’s open house for grade 3 started on 1st August and concluded on 22nd August. Wow!! What an experience it was! It started with lot of energy, interest and enthusiasm. It ended with manifold of the same energy with everyone enriching and enlightening each other and emerging as a more experienced and knowledgeable person. And above all our dear students were the happiest to have their parents and their friends’ parent sharing their own classroom space without any hesitation and utmost courtesy. The expression of happiness, content and comfort on the parents’ and the students’ faces couldn’t go unnoticed.

The parents got a clear picture of what exactly happens in the classroom. They got an opportunity to get involved in our Inquiry classes and got a good idea of how an inquiry cycle is conducted from the tuning in stage to the taking action stage. All the parents had nostalgic feelings and were taken back to the times when they were students and could clearly see their own classrooms in front of their eyes. They all could undoubtedly see the improvement, advancement and evolution of the present education system. They felt proud that they could expose their own kids to such an international arena, atmosphere and modern methodology of teaching. They all expressed their honest feelings on the feedback forms given to them. Some of those are mentioned below as a pat on our back.

WOW! There is fantastic student-teachers interaction. Here school feels like family.  - Suman, mother of Sravya

The concepts which are being taught are great, something which we learnt in senior school. Creativity is encouraged and teaching style is wow.- Leena, mother of Aditya

It was a great experience working in a group. Learning in a group is fun and children learn so much more in a fun way. I was equally excited as the kids. - Neha, mother of Aryan G.
