We,
a group of very enthusiastic 24 students, parent Dr. Lekha and myself, started
from school this morning, for making our contribution to the underprivileged
students of the Joy school.
Students brought with them gifts and some games to play
No school is complete without studies so I divided the class in a group of 8 to teach students of grade 5, 6 and 7 of Joy school.
Some students taught how to solve ratio while others tried to make concept of parallel lines clear to their pupils.
After about 1 hour of interactive teaching, we distributed gift items brought from our homes for the children of Joy school.
The smile brought on everyone's face was worth capturing.
After hard work of maintaining discipline during the class time, it was much awaited SPORTS time. Boys from both the school played soccer and basketball while girls were happily interacting with other students of the school.
The visit ended up by giving a token of gratitude to the teachers of Joy school.

This
was my first CAS visit and I really enjoyed it. Looking forward to many more
such trips.
