Visit to Salar Jung Museum- Class IX

The class IX (IGCSE) students went for their first Field trip for the Academic year 2014-15. Though they are well acquainted with World History which is a part of their syllabus it was also required for them to visit the Salar Jung Museum which has a European Block. As history students it was also important for them to understand the sources of history for which the Museum was an apt place.

They were taken on the 3^rd September 2014 it was a great experience for them. They loved the sculptures that were exhibited and the manuscript gallery. They were also impressed with the Renaissance painting which they had studied previously. It was a great experience for all the students.
