Learning on Wheels -II

It was a pleasant morning. I and my class were arranging the First aid kits we made. We were all excited as we were going on a field trip; but of a different kind. As a part of our CAS program we were going to the Government Primary School, Parvath Nagar to educate the Students on basic First aid and hygiene.

Our bus took us to the school .As our teacher went to the school leaving us in the bus; we were all curious .Soon, she returned with the fourth graders of that school. Those children were equally excited as we were. We quickly accommodated them in the bus and started our presentation. Some of my friends, who speak Telugu, got an opportunity to share the video and speak to them in Telugu. They were attentive listeners and agreed to follow the basics of hygiene and safety. Finally, we handed over the first boxes with care to each of them .The spark in their eyes filled our hearts with happiness. This is what we call the joy of giving! We all felt contented as we left them and moved back to school.
