There are hundreds of different images of the child .Each one of us has inside us an image of the child that directs us to relate to a child. Revisiting that image we had two Parent volunteers as guest lecturers relating to our topic “Learning through play”.

  Mrs.Hema Ganapathy,  mother of Vidyawini  from PP1E and Neelima Kalidindi mother of Aditya Chintalapati from PP1C . They   demonstrated different kinds of play “Long long ago and now”.  They interacted with all our children and showed them games like seven stones, snakes and ladder, Chinese checker and Ashta chamma (fours and eights). They shared the  uniqueness of the games played during their time.They integrated these games with  English and Math. We extend our appreciation to these parents .
