Cycle of Learning Mathematics

The cycle is Math Constructing Cycle which is based on three stages:-

• Constructing Meaning- that is constructing meaning from direct experiences including use of manipulative & social information..
• Transferring Meaning- Connecting the Mathematical notation system with the concrete objects & associate Mathematical processes.
• Understanding & Applying- Through authentic activities students independently select & use appropriate symbolic notations to process & record their thinking. 

Students come up with their prior knowledge of concepts of Mathematics & connect to the real life situations.
