The Oakridge Leadership Camp inaugural ceremony was
held at Newton campus on 2 May. Mr. Sanjay Jaju, Secretary to the Government,
was the Chief Guest for the occasion. Speaking on the occasion Mr. Jaju said
that leadership is not about emulating a role model but something that is does
with what one stands for.
Mr. Amit Bhatia, CEO- Aspire Group [under whose
mentoring and guidance the camp is being conducted], in his address to the
students reiterated that the camp will be an enriching experience for the students
and will help them in building their personalities to be future leaders.
There are 21 students enrolled for the camp to be held
at Rishikesh. Students from Ivy League and FIITJEE will also be a part of this camp
besides Oakridgers.
We wish all of them success and a good learning &
enriching experience during the camp.
