Senior School of Oakridge International School, Newton Campus celebrated World Music Day on Friday 20 June 2014 from 2:00 pm to 3:20 pm. The occasion was graced by our dear Principal Capt. On request, Mr Samuel, IBDP coordinator sang “Stand by me” by Ben E King which was very much appreciated by the audience. The highlight of the day was the grand finale wherein the entire audience joined the CCEP staff to the nostalgic tunes of Yadon ki Baraat. At Oakridge we help build global citizens by providing opportunities for the students to bond with each other and then we believe that the best way to do this is to provide them with a platform to showcase their talents on different occasions.
