Teacher awareness program by CSI Unit for Grade 9 and 10

Ms. Kiranmayee, the remedial instructor in the Supportive Instruction Unit had conducted a Teacher awareness presentation on 7^th June’ 2014 for the teachers of grades 9 and 10. They were educated in identifying the children with learning difficulties in their classes with the set of indicators provided. The ten steps of working process of Supportive Instruction unit had been explained.

They were oriented to the CBSE board concessions (external examinations) and also the concessions provided for the SEN students in OIS, Newton Campus by the CSI Unit during the Examinations (internal examinations), which are followed during the Summative Assessments. The session helped the teachers in understanding the role of the teacher in the process of application to the CBSE Board for the Concessions.
