A visit to the farm

PP2 children had hands on experience when they visited a farm, near Gandipet in connection with their current POI topic ‘Field to table’ on 10 February 2012. The farm had an array of vegetables like tomato, brinjal, chilli, bitter gourd ,snake gourd ,onion etc and few farm animals like, buffalo, cock ,hen, cow and goat. They explored and inquired about the sources of food from plants and animals . It was an enriching experience and a memorable visit for students.
