Grade
3 had a thrilling week as all the students were geared up for spell Olympics! Students
got certificates as their rewards. Parents too were very excited about it.
Few reflections by parents on the event:
"We are elated to see Stuti scoring a Gold Medal in Spell Olympics. She has worked really hard to get this medal and would like to participate in the Spell Bee competitions at National/State levels. Came to know that all kids did well, so that’s even more enjoyable. We’re happy to note that kids are developing great spell skills under guidance"- Jyoti&Shivam(Stuti’s parents)

"Vaishnav was very excited and
enthusiastic to prepare for the spell Olympics. He was sure he would get the
certificate...but lost in just one word. (That too he added 'o' for
discussion). But anyways he got all 39 correct. I am very happy for that. So
were his grandparents. They were really proud of his performance in the school.
Expecting many more such things in the term ahead”- Ramya (Vaishnav's Mom)
“Ratnam put in a lot of effort for his Spell
Olympics. Refreshingly, he was focusing more on getting the spellings right to
improve his vocabulary rather than "win" the gold medal. His sister
especially was very proud of his win. In fact, he wants to frame the
certificate and has it on display at home. The Spell Olympics was a great
challenge in that it invoked a wonderful spirit of enthusiasm and ownership”- Hema (Ratnam's Mom)
"Spell Olympics has been a great experience.
Pearl was very responsible and determined to do a good job. She wanted me to
explain the meanings of the spellings in various ways possible ways to prepare
for the test. Very happy to see the progress in the child. Heard that a lot of
children did well"- Jhansi (Pearl’s mom)
