Enthusiastic parents of grade 1 got pets ranging from fish, birds, rabbits and dogs to school on 13th and 14thof August for a pet talk show. This was as a result of the inquiry happening based on third line of inquiry – Our responsibilities towards animals.
Learners were curious to know about different animals and how peopleare responsible towards their pets’ . Parents from 1A, 1B; 1E and 1H brought their pets and shared the information about being caring and responsible towards animals.
The pet show was a success. Parents were very excited and were amazed with the types of questions posed by the students .They answered all theinquiries raised by the children. The session was really interactive which really helped us to move ahead in our inquiry.

“How many times you take your pet to the Vet?”
“How do you take care of your pet?”
“Why the dog is your favorite pet?”
“From where did you buy your pet?”
