“The healthier we are, the better we feel”. Grade V E can sum up
their journey so far in Global Children’s Challenge with this line. It has been
20 days since we have started the challenge and the enthusiasm is sky high. The
students have joined badminton classes, are jogging, cycling and going for
morning and evening walks just to stay active. The pedometers are acting as
motivators because everyone wants to record their best step count. In the last
20 days we have crossed many destinations and learnt a lot about these places.
Everybody wants to visit the Galapagos Islands to see the Iguana. The Angel
falls have made our eyes open in wonder and the Amazon forest scared us.
We are at Cape Town at present and exploring the place. Not only the students
but the parents are also showing a lot of enthusiasm. They are our pillars of
support. Individual commitment and a group effort is driving us towards
our goal.
