In connection with
their ongoing UOI ‘communication’, the students of grade 1 learnt about the
various signs and symbols used in dance.
The mudras in
classical dance and the various hand movements in western dance.
They also learnt how
to use expressions in dance to communicate about their various feelings like
happy, excited, sad, angry etc.
They also learnt dance
steps related to specific songs of different languages.
