E- Pals for Grade V

Social networking has accelerated at a great pace. Grade V’s first Unit of Inquiry was ‘Self -Identity’. We were able to connect to school in Pella (U.S) through e-pals. We received ninety two snail mails from them regarding their culture. And now it was our turn to reply to our pen pals back in U.S. The students replied and made them aware of their school, city, country and festivals basically Diwali. It was a real fun for the learners and they enjoyed doing their task. They were full of zeal and zest in replying to their pen pals.
