Day two of OAKMUN witnessed a flurry of activity with all the committees engrossed in discussions and passing resolutions. It was good to see the student delegates debate and raise pertinent questions and come up with plausible solutions to issues like post war reconstruction in Africa, ways of combating global terrorism.
Going around the committee sessions I could gauge the enthusiasm of the students and their arguments reflected the diligent research that they went through for the conference. The conference was followed by a socializing event in the evening where the students got time to interact and enjoy a relaxed evening.
