Student’s Reflection: Time to Focus, 10th Graders!!

Ms. Rachna gave the 10th Graders (IGCSE) a small lecture about how to concentrate on academics. Ms. Rachna taught the seven basic points on how to keep focus on our studies:

Attention
Interpretation and Elaboration
Variation
Organization and Structure
Visualization and Mental Reinstatement
Space your studying of a topic or area and repeat your studying several times
Generate and Retrieve

She explained the points one by one like not to lose control over concentration, divide the time, read the summary at the end of the chapters, etc. In between the topics, we were provided with few activities which included watching the videos keenly. Ms. Rachna gave us a lot of tips for not getting distracted.

At the end of the session, we thanked her for valuable talk. I am sure that we all are going to use these points — it created a great impact on us.
