Balanced Diet

In connection with the ongoing Topic ‘Human Body,’ the students of Grade IV identified and understood that in place of junk food like a pizza, burger or chips, a healthy and balanced diet is what we all should have in order to be healthy and fit. They also learnt about the food pyramid and the various nutrients including vitamins, fats, proteins, carbohydrates, and minerals which should be consumed to live a healthy life.
