Reflections on the guest lecture:
On 21st Aug 2014, we had a guest lecturer in the History Class. Mr.Laxmi Rayapudi started off by showing an interesting PPT. He displayed few questions in a slide and announced that the student who gives answers to his questions would be given goodies. He had come with a bag full of candies.
When the guest lecturer asked the first question “Who was the last Mughal Emperor”, I was fully sure that the answer which was going on in my mind was correct so I raised my hand and the guest lecturer gave me the chance to answer. I told confidently, “Bahadur Shah Zafar” and it came out to be absolutely right. So, the guest lecturer gave me a bunch of chocolates. Many of them got chocolates but I was glad to be the first one to get a right answer and a bunch of chocolates. At the end of the class, we presented him with a “Thank You” card signed by all the students. -Reflections by Sana Syed of 8 F, CIE
