The Academic open house began with a bang on 14.07.’11. It was a huge success in class V E .Basic operations in Math was taken as the task. Students were divided into groups. They did Place-Mat activity followed by a gallery walk and Presentation. The parents interacted with the students and were very enthusiastic about the happenings in the class. They were happy to see the children work as a group and praised them for their excellent coordination.

We were divided into groups and did an activity in Math.Everybody took active participation and I was feeling very happy to work in a group. I think we were open -minded, thinkers and communicators during the whole activity. We worked cooperatively and enthusiastically. It felt very nice to see parents coming to our class and watch the class in progress. They also seemed to be very happy as they clapped for us.

            The Open Forum I attended today was truly a memorable and great experience for me at school . I could observe how the  students cooperated and at the same time competed with each other. There was involvement by everyone in the class. Ideas were flowing and sharing among the students. They got to distribute the work and assemble it at the same time. A very great learning atmosphere indeed. Very well disciplined and at the same time naughty class. My appreciation for everyone  involved in today’s  open forum.
