The inter house music competition was on 16^th July 2011, Saturday in the MPH.

We started the Program at 8:45 with a prayer by Ms.Shravya, faculty fashion technology.

The following 3 events in a day for middle and senior school under Category A & B respectively were covered.

1. Instrumental- 8:45-10-40am

2. Solo Vocal Eastern and Western from 11:00am to 1:00pm

3. Group Song Eastern and Western from 1:30 -3:20pm.

The choices of instruments were Tabla, Violin, Piano, Keyboard and Guitar.

For Solo Vocal the performers were also allowed to play an instrument while singing.

There were 15 participants from each house for the Group Song.

The students were given code numbers and their names and houses were not revealed to the judges. The competition was well timed and executed as planned.

It was simply amazing to see the performances of all the participants. The Judges were left spellbound by their display of talent. The judges for the competition were our School Faculty, Faculty of Junior School and from the Edu Division of People Combine group.

Towards the end of the program one of our students Vaishnavi of CBSE Grade 12 played the flute and one of our Judges sang 2 songs to entertain the audience.

The event was a great success, and we all enjoyed being a part of it.

Thanks to the Principal and the VP for their support, to the co curricular Coordinator for her encouragement and guidance and to the house staff, music faculty, teachers on duty with the Studco representatives and the Prefects for their cooperation.
