Student Initiated Learning

It is believed that students learn best when they are actively engaging during the learning process. The students of Grade four were engaged in inquiring about ‘Olympic games’ in order to participate in a class quiz conduct by their peers. The activity was in total control of the students with the teacher as a facilitator. The little quiz masters were well prepared with their mind boggling questions and the participants equally interested to take up the challenge. This led to a fantastic display of commitment, cooperation and enthusiasm for learning.
