A field trip is much more than just a journey outside the classroom. It is a journey into life experiences that cannot be duplicated within the classroom walls .
The students of PP1 went on their first field trip to Botanical garden on 7th September 2012 in connection to the Unit of inquiry “Me a small wonder”. There was a tremendous excitement among the little learners when they integrated their senses with the things in the environment. Student’s knowledge and motivation of the teachers created eagerness in the young minds to explore the environment with their senses.
The curious communication of the children was the best reflection of how well they have understood the unit.
