In
our class, we had a debate on “Technology a Boon or a Bane.” We were distributed
in two groups; with this, we got to plan easily. As we were discussing, we were
sometimes trying to support our points and sometimes we felt that the other
group had their point. While we were discussing, we came across situations that
we faced in our daily lives and a few funny examples. This helped us a lot in
understanding technology. This was also in connection with our third line of
inquiry on the “Impact and Effects of Technology.”
After
the discussion, we had to present our understanding using the PMI organizer.
PMI stands for Plus, Minus, Interesting.
This was a fun and interesting way to present our learning on this
topic. Through this topic, we exhibited our communication and thinking skills.
Now, I know the importance and disadvantages of technology.
