This academic year our first book is the Adventures of Robin
Hood by Howard Pyle. Our first task for literature circle was to predict what
the book Adventures of Robin Hood was all about by just looking at the cover of
the book. We had 10 minutes time to write our prediction. What I wrote was that
Robin Hood and his mother used to live in a hut in the forest near the river. They
used to hunt birds, catch fish and find fruits to eat. They used to wear
clothes made of animal fur.
Everyone in the class had their own prediction for the story and it was fun to find how differently each one of us think and imagine creatively. From this activity I developed my time-management skills and creative skills. I thought the activity was interesting and fun.
