The aim is to identify the strengths and
challenges. The object of the meeting was to discuss the
performance of the students; to understand the feedback and interpret the given
data.
Dr Anjali presented the analysis by giving a
bird’s eye view of the performance of Oakridge students with the average
national performance. Next she presented skill-based performance in a
tabular form highlighting the two strongest skills. Moreover, it also revealed
the Oakridge students’ performance in each skill.
This was followed by the analysis of
Easy/Difficult questions in addition to the common mistakes as compared to all
the other schools of India. The
feedback report helped to identify the key areas our students need to improve.
It has been suggested that an action plan be formulated and implemented in all
grades.
