Values are those principles or
standards, which help to better the quality of life. Values codify the dos and
don'ts of behaviour. They form the basics of character formation and
personality development.
With an act of promoting the importance
of Values to students, Ms. Anuradha Rayasam (Middle School Coordinator) &
Ms. Rachna (Student Advisor) have taken an interesting interactive session for
VII and VIII graders.
Session highlighted the necessity for
being honest, disciplined, punctual and loyal.
Ms. Rachna quoted various practical
situations in making students realize about the values that spring from within
or the core of the heart, like love, compassion, sympathy, empathy, tolerance,
etc. lay the foundation for the external practiced values which mould an
individual as a successful person as well as a useful citizen of the country.
VIII graders were given an extended
session on how to deal with emotions and how to successfully balance the adolescent
issues with patience and maturity. Session ended with an inspiring Brick story
narrated by Ms. Anuradha which imparted the value of staying passionate and
accelerated towards the tasks chosen.
