A Guest Lecture was organized for the students of Grade Six on Monday, the 4^th of February, in view of their on going unit of inquiry on ‘Electricity’. The Resource Person was Mr. V. S. R. Naidu, Retd Chief General Manager (APTRANSCO). The presentation commenced with the introduction of the guest speaker. After that Mr. Naidu gave his presentation on the topic ‘Electrical Power’. He explained the students about the importance and utilization of electricity. He also discussed about various sources and power projects in and around Hyderabad. Aspects like ‘Safety’ and ‘Conservation’ were also covered. The students found the session to be highly informative and useful. Nearly 220 students got benefited through the Guest lecture. The presentation came to the end with the vote of thanks proposed by the staff and students of Grade VI.
