The ASSET English exam is an assessment used to understand a
student’s command over English and improvement in the language through the
year. Our school offers it from Grade IV onwards. There are two phases of the
exam: the first phase is at the start of the academic year (August) and the
second phase is at the end of the academic year (December-January). This year
the first phase was conducted on the 11th of August and the second
phase will be conducted in December 2014/January 2015.During the first phase of the ASSET exam, I learnt a lot more about the English language. The questions were based on reading-comprehension and grammar. It was nerve-wracking… Brrrrrr!!! But then, Iam confident to have done well in this phase and aim to excel in the next phase too.
