"Our group of children researching on conflict
resolution were enlightened by Mr.Sachin Tummala on the topic conflict
resolution .He introduced himself as the chairman of corpus group ofcompanies .We
started by expressing our thoughts about conflicts and listed them on the board
.He said he had a model which could help us solve every conflict we had and
dared us to crack it[have a conflict which the model could not solve] .He got
the model and stuck it to the board and said this was it .the model was a type
of flow chart .First we choose who we are having a
conflict with then choose what type of conflict it is .Then, on the last ring
it says what we have to do to solve the conflict , and then he said there are
five types of managing conflicts-
- Accommodating
- Avoiding
- Competing
- Compromise
- Collaborating
- Zaafir and Dimple
