In relation to Grade-6 PYP Exhibition topic: Human rights, the students paid a visit to Anuraag Human Services, Tolichowki, on 2nd February 2012. Students organized interactive sessions, song and dance programmes, played video on laptop about their research on human rights and the most exhilarating part was when books, clothes, snacks, sports items and money was donated to the inmates. Students showed that protection of human rights is a shared responsibility and they played their part well with their kind gestures. It was an empathetic moment experienced by the OIS students. Keep the faith dear students that you can be the hands of hope.
