On the 11th of February, 2012 a group of 11th and 12th grade students got together for a cause. The first session of Spoorthi founded a promising start. With around 40 eager children coming in from the Khajaguda area, the Newton Campus became a learning hub with teaching and learning going on in every corner. While some of us were occupied with English and Math, others focused on Music and Art. The Spoorthi children were more than willing to soak up every bit of new information we provided them. They were very quick learners and grasped concepts effectively. With a continuous effort and consistent improvement, these children will surely transform into global citizens of tomorrow.
