A Fantastic Share Fare

Share fair is a fantastic way of sharing the strategies with a large group of teachers. This event was initiated by Ms. Anuradha Sawhney, our PYP coordinator. Nearly 100 teachers took part. Strategists from different grade levels ranging from the PP’s to Grade VI took part in the event.

All the strategists sat on 8 different tables with their strategies on Visible Thinking. Some of the Routines were Understanding, Fairness routine, creativity routine and core routine. Approximately 10 to 13 teachers were there on each table. The strategists explained to each grade level very patiently by giving ample examples and also showed few work samples for our better understanding.Colour, symbol and image, Circle of view points, Creative questions, Reporters diary, Explanation game, Compass points and Questions starters are some of the strategies we learnt.We can implement the strategies in our class in Numeracy, Literature, languages and also in UOI. We were also appreciated by the strategistswho gave profile batches to encourage us for better application of the strategies in class.We are thankful to Ms. Shobha Rani, Ms. Lalitha, Ms. Preethi Ramesh, Ms. Shraddha, Ms.Kiranmai, Ms.PreethiGirish, Ms. SeemaNiaz and Ms. Prashobha for putting up this marvelous event for all of us.
