Friendship is the feeling or relationship that friends have. A friend is
a part and parcel of one's life. So to inculcate the
value of friends, Children of Sunflower (Nursery-B) celebrated Friendship Day
on Friday, 1st August
2011. Celebrating the joy of having
a good friend was such an eye catching moment.Children of sunflower made Friendship bands by crumpling and sticking paper on the flower cutout, which they later tied to their friend's wrist and wished a "Happy Friendship Day”.
It was great to see the little ones understanding the value of a true friend in their lives.
