“Creative Activity could be described as a
type of learning process where Teacher & Pupil are located in the same
individual” by Arthur Koestler.
We at Oakridge firmly believe in creating an atmosphere where children explore the new world through books.
Students of grade 6 & 7 celebrated Library Activity from 14th – 20th July 2014. The theme of this activity was DEAR TIME i.e. Drop Everything and Read. During this activity, we had introduced them with two books Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys.
The exercises built into the program, also help child shed his/her inhibitions of interacting and exchanging ideas in a group. These exercises enrich the children with better spoken English skills, appreciation of literature & fiction; imagination & creativity.
The students had an enjoyable time & participated with great enthusiasm.
