Reflections on the Day 1 for X G students of CIE segment

The first day of school is always exciting but the first day of 10^th grade; the senior most class in CIE is even more exciting. All of us gathered in our new classroom eager to meet our friends and teachers after a long vacation. First two periods were class teacher’s period which meant we got to interact with our new class teacher Ms. Siby.

We started off with a game in which we had to introduce our partner and mention two positives and two crazy things they have done. This made it more interesting than the usual introducing ourselves. Then it was time to play another game to see how well we knew our class teacher, Ms. Siby. Some chits were distributed in which the right and wrong answers to the questions Siby ma’am was going to ask us were mentioned and whoever mentioned the right answer got a point, easy! Everyone knew who siby ma’am was and what she taught but this game helped us get to know our teacher even better.

 After this we played another game so that our teacher and friends know us better. In this game  chits with  random general questions in them was passed around the class and ma’am played some music, when the music stopped who ever had the cup with the chits had to pick a chit and answer the question in it. This was the game most of us found exciting. Then a motivational video was showed to us in which the main message was if we stay in groups and work as a team even the impossible seems possible. This video concluded our introductory class.

Day 1 at school was really enjoyable and the “Know your teacher” sessions were good and I was given the title “Hero of the day” as I was leading with maximum points.
