Oakridge students participated in the in the CBSE Cluster VIIth Inter School Basketball Tournament (from 27 to 30 Oct 2012) conducted by CRPF Public School Hakimpet Hyderabad. Oakridge international school Under 19 boys Basketball team won the tournament against Jain International School Bangalore for the score of 58-8. Around 40 schools from Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka participated in the tournament.
