Oakridge students, who got
selected to the Ranga Reddy District Basketball team, participated in the Under
19 Boys & Girls category at the Basketball State meet 2012-13 which held at
Ramachandrapuram, East Godavari District from 14th to 16th
October 2012.
In boys segment Arvind Achantha, Akilesh Achantha,
Jaypal Reddy, and Vineel
participated in the tournament, and became runner
up in the game. But Arvind Achantha brought another golden feather to Oakridge
as he got selected for the Nationals which is going to take place in Rajasthan
from 3rd November 2012.
In the Girl’s segment Simran
Jain, Anusree, Mounica Alluri, Aniaisha, and Samvidha participated in the
tournament and were the runner up of the game. The school congratulated
students who brought the proud moment to school.
