Junior Library celebrated children’s famous author Dr. Seuss’s 109th
Birthday on 01st March 2013 for the grade level 1 to 3. Children
were excited to celebrate their favorite author’s birthday by reading his
books, knowing much more about his biography and writing acrostic poem and
doing the other activities in the library.
Children were glad to give the reasons to love Dr. Seuss. Few of the
children were telling that we love Dr. Seuss books
because of the sounds. The others were happy to tell that we fall in love with
the illustrations. When the children were asked about their favorite books by
Dr. Seuss, it was so difficult for them to choose their “favorites” among so
many great books.
