The morning assembly wore a festive look. ..It
was a celebration of a different kind. … The International Women’s Day a time
to acknowledge and recognize, a time to reach out to those who have worked
relentlessly to make a difference to our lives.
The sub staff in school was treated to gift
hampers courtesy the management’s initiative to acknowledge their services. The
beaming smile on their faces said it all.
There were more surprises for the teachers – a colorful
display of clothes and accessories on sale especially arranged for their
convenience. The teachers had a good time shopping while treating themselves to
beautiful designs of henna again arranged to give them the opportunity to
pamper themselves. It turned to be a memorable day for the ladies and they
welcomed the management’s initiative to make them feel special.
Often we leave our appreciation unspoken! Today
we all say Happy Women's Day!!
