The
students of Pre-primary confidently led their parents into their
classrooms to share the knowledge they have gained in the present academic
year, in their much-awaited event ‘Student Led Conference’ on March 15, 2014.
The
students took a great responsibility as they had invited their parents with a lot
of excitement and started leading their Conference by introducing teachers to
parents and vice-versa. Thereafter, they took them to various learning stations
in the classroom. The Conference involved the students discussing and reflecting
upon samples of work by presenting the portfolios that they chose to share with
their parents.
The
parents were amazed to see little iLearners sharing their learning confidently
on an iPad too. An innovative way to take parent feedback on a Padlet was much
appreciated by all the parents.
