Provocation phase

It was a splendid week 1 spent by the students of grade 2. The flight took off and the students were all geared up for a spectacular journey in grade 2. Now the time had come where the students had to make up their minds to some inquiry time.
The mentors (Teachers) with all the resources at hand were all set for the beginning of the first UOI unit. The unit is focussed all about the host country ( India). The teachers were the driving force for the provocation time. The unit pull off with a bang having the teachers posting questions and the children responding back using their thinking skills.
The students came up with a lot many beautiful thoughts which made the teacher take the unit forward smoothly. As the unit was about our country, the students were asked to pen down what their thoughts on the theme: Where we are in place and time”, where in the reflections written were striking.

It was a great start to the unit and this unit would take the student to know more in depth about our county India.
