Stress Management Session for Grades XI and XII

Beat the Stress!!!
 Teenagers like adults may experience stress every day and can benefit from stress management skills. They experience more stress when they perceive a situation as dangerous, difficult or painful and do not have the resources to cope. Inadequately managed stress can lead to anxiety, withdrawal, aggression and poor coping skills.
Stress Management is in Your Hands

A stress management session was conducted by the Student Advisor, Ms Rachna, on 8th November, 2013, for the XI and XII graders, to orient them to respond to different bodily cues which may indicate stress and equip them with strategies to manage stress.
