In our earlier lesson “Keeping water clean” we learnt many ways to keep water clean and one of the ways was Distillation. We felt that distillation was a very interesting experiment and were very enthusiastic to learn more about it.
As this was a very complicated experiment which included evaporation and then condensation. We could not do the experiments ourselves, so we had to go to the senior school chemistry lab.
In the lab, we saw the process of distillation in an orderly manner and related it with our previous learning of distillation. The process was long but it was really fun and interesting for us to watch .
