Students
of Grade V participated in elections for various posts, like Class President,
CAS President, Event President, etc. They prepared ballot boxes &
placards and gave the speech as to why they are suitable for the post. They campaigned
with their party symbols and called others to vote for them. They cast the vote
to their favorite candidates and dropped in the polling booth. Later
indelible ink was smeared on their finger nails. Through this mock election
they got a clear picture as to how elections are conducted and eventually how
their leaders are elected.
