The Founder’s Day Exhibition

The Founder’s day exhibition of Supportive Instruction Unit proved to be rewarding for both parents and children. The unit displayed several posters on varied topics such as differentiation, quick math techniques, easy comprehension strategies and motivational strategies.
But, what drew the attention of most of the parents were the activities the children conducted. Younger children showed different methods in which they learn English in an easy way, while much older children showcased their tactics in learning vocabulary and comprehension. These activities were not only interesting but challenging too for the parents.
Math tricks were showcased by fifth and sixth graders which would make the subject fun and easy. Divisibility rules of several numbers were made simple and easy and the same tricks were explained to the parents as well. Children also presented strategies to improve one’s focus and attention with the help of audio blocks. All the visitors were given bookmarks made by the students. They liked the tactics and strategies put up by the students which reflected in their feedback.
