1st PCEIL Workshop for HR Team of Oakridge

 A two day workshop was conducted for the HR team of Oakridge. This was the 1st PCEIL workshop conducted at a farmhouse of JMD. The first session started with a topic Data Management and New Age Recruitment Practices. Retention Strategies and Employee Engagement were taken further in next sessions. The day ended with some group activities. Second day was entirely on Performance Management followed by an Open House session, where the participants interacted and brainstormed on few relevant issues. The workshop was facilitated by Dr. Suresh and Mr. Sumit Varghese.
