It's been a tradition in our bus that the teachers sit with the child. Every month the bus rules incharge take seat numbers on the chits and every teacher is asked to pick a chit. According to the seat number in the chit the teacher sits on the particular seat with a ratio of 1:2, one teacher and two students ensuring the safety and security of the children.
